Packages and expiration

How prepaid packages work, where clients review them, and what admins should check before corrections.

Packages are prepaid credits for specific class types. A package may be active, exhausted, expired, refunded, or manually adjusted by staff.

  • Check class-type eligibility before assuming a package can book any session.
  • Review expiration before canceling or rebooking.
  • Do not restore credits to a refunded package.
  • Use support tickets for billing questions that need staff review.
