Gift certificates and redemption

Buy a gift certificate, send it to a recipient, and redeem gift value from the client account.

  • Confirm the recipient email before purchase.
  • Redeem from the account that should receive the balance.
  • Contact support if a code was sent to the wrong email or already redeemed.
  • Admins should treat comp gift certificates separately from paid gift revenue.
