Policies keep the studio predictable for clients, instructors, and operations staff. The platform enforces account, credit, cancellation, and intake rules where possible, and support tickets capture exceptions.
- Book through the platform so credits and attendance stay accurate.
- Use one account for purchases, bookings, and support.
- Cancel early when plans change.
- Complete required intake before attending.
- Contact support for account or billing questions before creating duplicate accounts.
