What to complete before arriving, what to bring, and how to help your instructor teach the right session.

A smooth first visit depends on the account being ready before you arrive. The booking, intake, and check-in screens all use the same client profile, so complete the account steps once and keep them current.
- Complete intake and waiver forms before arriving.
- Wear clothing that lets your instructor see alignment and movement.
- Bring grippy socks if you prefer them.
- Arrive a few minutes early so check-in is calm.
- Tell the instructor about pain, pregnancy, surgery, mobility limits, or anything that changed since intake.
No experience required
You do not need flexibility, prior Pilates experience, or a certain fitness level. The session should meet the body you have that day.
