Joining the Waitlist

When a session is at capacity, the waitlist gives you a chance to still get in.

How It Works

On the booking page, if the session you want is full, tap “Join Waitlist.” You’ll be added to the queue. When someone cancels, you’ll receive a notification with a time-limited offer to claim the spot.

Claiming Your Spot

When notified, you’ll have a limited window (usually a few hours) to confirm your booking. If you don’t claim it in time, the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Leaving the Waitlist

You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time from My Bookings. No credits are charged while you’re on the waitlist.
