Managing Your Membership

Your membership renews automatically each month. Here’s how to manage it.

Viewing Your Membership

Go to Credits & Memberships to see your active membership, including your current billing period, credit usage, and renewal date.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Credits don’t roll over after cancellation.

Payment Issues

If a renewal payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification. Update your payment method in Billing Settings within a few days to avoid service interruption.
